Job Title: Reception Team Lead - Client Experience Champion

Salary: £26,000 per annum

Location: Cromwell Vets, Huntingdon

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 Hours per week.

We are seeking a skilled individual to lead our reception team as a Client Experience Champion. This role plays a vital part in ensuring exceptional client experiences at Cromwell Vets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and address client feedback, implementing suggestions to improve service delivery.
  • Develop and communicate a clear client service standard, guaranteeing optimal service provision.
  • Lead by example, maintaining positive interactions with clients and their pets.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, demonstrating empathy and facilitating excellent service.
  • Ensure all staff members adhere to your lead in building client relationships.
  • Address customer complaints promptly and efficiently.
  • Enforce housekeeping rules, including presentation standards for the reception team.
  • A valid driving license is required, along with flexibility to cover shifts across Cromwell branches.
  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Reception or Client Care experience
  • Cash handling and till operation
  • Previous experience working in the veterinary industry or similar (desirable)
  • IT skills – confident in the use of Word, Excel, and Outlook as a minimum.
