**Lead Our Young Adults Team as a Senior Social Worker**

About the Job:

Grafham Water Center's Young Adults Team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Social Worker to lead our team.

You will work closely with experienced professionals to provide exceptional support to young adults aged 18-25 with a diagnosed learning disability.

This role offers a competitive salary range of £44,260 - £47,277 (pro-rata for part-time), a relocation package of up to £8,000 (eligibility applies), and access to development opportunities, apprenticeships, and qualified coaches to support your personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Social Worker, you will:

  • Work alongside other professional colleagues to promote personalisation, independence, choice, and opportunities for young people to develop their independence for adulthood.
  • Support young adults through change, encourage progression, and acknowledge individual, family, and community strengths through a transforming lives approach.
  • Manage safeguarding and complex casework, as well as legal and Court work, particularly concerning MCA Dols.
