About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Social Worker to join our Young Adults Team. This is a full-time opportunity working 37 hours a week, where you will be part of a dynamic and supportive team that promotes personalisation, encouraging independence, choice, and opportunities for young people to develop their independence for adulthood.

Job Responsibilities

  • You will support Adults aged 18-25yrs with a diagnosed learning disability who have an EHC Plan.
  • Occasional out-of-county travel may be required.

Requirements

  • To be successful in this role, you must:
  • Be a qualified Social Worker with a Social Work England registration.
  • Have the ability to work from a variety of locations and travel countywide independently.

As a Senior Social Worker, you will be responsible for supporting Adults aged 18-25yrs with a diagnosed learning disability who have an EHC Plan, and occasional out-of-county travel may be required. Estimated salary is £42,500 - £63,000 per annum.
