Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as an Adult Care Worker.
About the Role:
This challenging yet rewarding position involves providing support and care to adults in their daily lives. As an Adult Care Worker, you will be responsible for assisting individuals with various tasks, promoting independence, and enhancing their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare meals and snacks, ensuring dietary needs are met
- Encourage participation in activities that promote physical and mental health
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and well-being
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, empathy, and patience. A UK Driving Licence is required for this position.
