Job Description Summary
Cambridgeshire County Council is seeking a dedicated Young Adults Support Professional to join our team. This role is designed to support adults with learning disabilities, promoting independence and choice while fostering positive relationships within the community. As a member of our team, you will contribute to creating a supportive environment where individuals can thrive.

In this position, you will collaborate with Children's Services to prepare young people for adulthood, addressing individual needs and facilitating growth. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless transitions between services, providing exceptional care and guidance to our clients. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with experience in managing safeguarding and complex cases. Our estimated salary for this position is approximately £40,000-£45,000 annually, considering location and experience factors.
