About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Cybersecurity Proposition to lead the development, design, and execution of our managed security product and services portfolio. As a key member of our Technology Design Team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic development of our cybersecurity offerings and ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our mid-market and enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for cybersecurity and IT services, including pricing, positioning, and promotional activities.
  • Conduct structured market research to understand client needs and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Lead the development and implementation of new cybersecurity products and services, working closely with internal teams and external partners.
  • Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and support to effectively sell our cybersecurity offerings.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in service design and/or management within IT Managed Services organisations.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in managed cybersecurity product and service research and management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and launching complex products or services.
  • Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PMP) are highly desirable.
