About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Proposition Analyst to join our Retail team at Just Group plc, supporting the ongoing management and performance of our Income products and services. This exciting opportunity will provide you with a unique chance to utilise your analytical skills and market knowledge to drive business growth and success.

The successful candidate will report directly into the Head of Income, working closely with the Product & Pricing Manager to establish and implement pricing strategies that meet/exceed business plan targets. Your expertise in competitor pricing and market intelligence will be invaluable in ensuring our Income propositions remain competitive and aligned with our brand values.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Support the development of Retail's Income propositions, focusing on people, systems, and processes to deliver value for customers.
  2. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  3. Maintain expert knowledge of all our Income products, serving as a Subject Matter Expert when required.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development, implementation, and communication.
  5. Analyse data to measure product performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimisation.
  6. Presentation of findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders, influencing business outcomes.

Requirements and Qualifications

  1. Proven experience within the financial services industry, preferably in the UK retirement sector.
  2. Demonstrated expertise in product management, with a track record of achieving targets within deadlines.
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesise complex data into actionable insights.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to present concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
  5. Familiarity with operational risk management principles and practices.
