Assistant Store Manager - Reigate

At FatFace, we're passionate about creating a fun and inspiring atmosphere in our stores. As an Assistant Store Manager in Reigate, you'll play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example and demonstrate exceptional standards of behaviour to maintain the integrity of the brand.
  • Drive and role model customer service standards to exceed customer expectations.
  • Train, coach and develop your team, supporting the completion of appraisals and performance reviews.
  • Proactively analyse financial data and use commercial creativity to maximise sales opportunities and drive store performance.
  • Ensure the store is working to budget through effective scheduling, cost controls and crew productivity.
  • Communicate and liaise with Head Office to influence and maximise the stock package.
  • Oversee and execute the FatFace visual proposition to company standards.
