Senior Heat Pump Installer and Team Lead

Installio is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Heat Pump Installer to join our dynamic team as a Team Lead. As a key member of our Heat Pump Installation team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and commissioning of air source heat pumps in the London area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of installers and ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Screen home surveys for suitability and prepare heat loss calculations
  • Oversee installations and provide input and direction as required
  • Collaborate with electricians to commission and sign off on installs
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service
Requirements
  • Minimum NVQ level 2 in Plumbing and Heating
  • Gas safe certification
  • WRAS Water Supply Regs
  • UHW10/HWSS Unvented DHW Storage Systems
  • Valid driver's license with 6 points or less
