**Your Role:**

As an Entry-Level Heat Pump Installer, you'll start your journey to becoming a fully qualified Heat Pump Installer through our hybrid 6-week training course (no experience required). You'll play a crucial role in installing cutting-edge heat pump technology in homes across the UK, working directly in customers' homes and collaborating with our senior installers to finalize and certify your installations.

**Responsibilities:**

* Complete our comprehensive 6-week training course followed by our apprentice pathway to become a certified heat pump installer
* Skillfully install heat pumps in residential properties
* Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service
* Collaborate with our senior technicians to sign off and commission your installations

**Requirements:**

* Valid driver's license with 6 points or less
* Strong school-level qualifications - 4 GCSEs, ideally including Maths & English at grade C/4 or above or a recognised equivalent
* Passion for positive environmental impact and a genuine interest for learning a trade, building a career, and providing excellent customer service
* Must be able to fulfill the physical requirements of the role, i.e. able to bend, stretch, kneel and crouch, as well as be comfortable working at height and in confined spaces - you'll also be expected to carry heavy items such as radiators, boilers and other work related equipment
* Technical mindset
