Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Heat Pump Installation Specialist to join our team. As an Entry-Level Heat Pump Technician, you'll play a crucial role in installing cutting-edge heat pump technology in homes across the UK. You'll work directly with customers, ensuring high-quality service and collaborating with senior technicians to finalize and certify your installations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install heat pumps in residential properties, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Collaborate with senior technicians to sign off and commission your installations, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Participate in our comprehensive training program, developing your skills and knowledge in heat pump installation and maintenance
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our team, sharing your expertise and best practices
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license with 6 points or less
  • Strong school-level qualifications - 4 GCSEs, ideally including Maths & English at grade C/4 or above or a recognised equivalent
  • Passion for positive environmental impact and a genuine interest in learning a trade, building a career, and providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to fulfill the physical requirements of the role, including bending, stretching, kneeling, and crouching, as well as working at height and in confined spaces
  • Technical mindset and ability to learn new skills quickly
