About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Heat Pump Installer. As a key member of our installation team, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our goal of becoming the number 1 heat pump installer in the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install heat pumps in residential properties with precision and attention to detail
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service and high-quality installations
  • Collaborate with senior technicians to sign off and commission installations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • NVQ level 2 or 3 in Plumbing
  • Experience installing pipework for unvented cylinders and radiators
  • Experience decommissioning heating systems
  • Experience fitting radiators
  • Valid driver's license with 6 points or less
  • Passion for positive environmental impact and a genuine interest in developing a career in a trade
  • Ability to fulfill the physical requirements of the role, including bending, stretching, kneeling, and crouching, as well as working at height and in confined spaces
