Senior Heat Pump Installer and Team Lead

Installio is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Heat Pump Installer to join our dynamic team as a Team Lead. As a key member of our Heat Pump Installation team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and commissioning of air source heat pumps in the London area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of installers and empower them to use their initiative to deliver high-quality service to customers
  • Screen home surveys for suitability and prepare heat loss calculations ahead of installations
  • Oversee installations and provide input and direction as required
  • Collaborate with electricians to commission and sign off on installations
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have prior experience installing heat pumps and a strong understanding of heating system design and fault-finding. You will also need to have domestic hot and cold water system knowledge and be able to review and challenge technical specifications and mechanical drawings.

  • Prior experience installing heat pumps
  • Strong understanding of heating system design and fault-finding
  • Domestic hot and cold water system knowledge
  • Ability to review and challenge technical specifications and mechanical drawings
  • Valid driver's license with 6 points or less
