About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company, working on a critical aspect of the UK's climate transition. As a Heat Pump Installer, you'll be responsible for installing heat pumps in residential properties, ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service, and collaborating with our senior technicians to sign off and commission your installations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install heat pumps in residential properties with precision and attention to detail
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work closely with our senior technicians to finalize and certify installations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • NVQ level 2 or 3 in Plumbing
  • Experience installing pipework (solder & press) for unvented cylinders and radiators
  • Experience decommissioning heating systems
  • Experience fitting radiators
  • Valid driver's license with 6 points or less
  • Passion for positive environmental impact and a genuine interest in developing a career in a trade
  • Ability to fulfill the physical requirements of the role, including bending, stretching, kneeling, and crouching, as well as working at height and in confined spaces
