We are a UK-wide heat pump installation company and a trusted partner for heat pump retailers and manufacturers. Our goal is to become the number 1 heat pump installer in the UK.

Job Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team as an Entry-Level Heat Pump Installer. This role involves installing cutting-edge heat pump technology in homes across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete our comprehensive 6-week training course followed by our apprentice pathway to become a certified heat pump installer
  • Skillfully install heat pumps in residential properties
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service
  • Collaborate with our senior technicians to sign off and commission your installations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Valid driver's license with 6 points or less
  • Strong school-level qualifications - 4 GCSEs, ideally including Maths & English at grade C/4 or above or a recognised equivalent
  • Passion for positive environmental impact and a genuine interest for learning a trade, building a career and providing excellent customer service
  • Must be able to fulfill the physical requirements of the role, i.e. able to bend, stretch, kneel and crouch, as well as be comfortable working at height and in confined spaces - you'll also be expected to carry heavy items such as radiators, boilers and other work related equipment
