As a Heat Pump Installation Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, install heat pumps in residential properties, and collaborate with our senior technicians to ensure high-quality service.

We're committed to providing our team members with the training and support they need to succeed. Our comprehensive 6-week training course will equip you with the skills and knowledge required to become a certified heat pump installer.

In addition to your technical skills, you'll also have the opportunity to develop your customer service skills, working closely with our customers to ensure their satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Install heat pumps in residential properties
* Collaborate with senior technicians to ensure high-quality service
* Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development

**Requirements:**

* Valid driver's license with 6 points or less
* Strong school-level qualifications - 4 GCSEs, ideally including Maths & English at grade C/4 or above or a recognised equivalent
* Passion for positive environmental impact and a genuine interest for learning a trade
* Ability to fulfill the physical requirements of the role
