Join Our Team as a Heat Pump Installer

At Installio, we're on a mission to become the UK's leading heat pump installation company. We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Heat Pump Installer.

About the Role

As a Heat Pump Installer, you'll be working directly with customers in their homes, installing heat pumps and ensuring high-quality service. You'll work closely with our senior installers to finalize and certify your installations, and have the opportunity to learn everything there is to know about air source heat pumps.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install heat pumps in residential properties
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service
  • Collaborate with senior technicians to sign off and commission installations
Requirements
  • NVQ level 2 or 3 in Plumbing
  • Experience installing pipework for unvented cylinders and radiators
  • Experience decommissioning heating systems
  • Valid driver's license with 6 points or less
  • Passion for positive environmental impact and a genuine interest in developing a trade
