Think Specialist Recruitment is pleased to be working with a fantastic organisation based in the Amersham area. My client has an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join their team. This position would suit someone who has strong administration experience, as well as a high level of attention to detail. This position will be working on a hybrid basis with 2-3 days in the office and 2-3 days from home.

Salary - £28,000 - £30,000

Some of the key responsibilities include:

* Providing administrative support to the compliance team
* Managing audit inspection schedules for new and existing members, ensuring timely distribution of reports
* Monitoring and documenting post-audit actions, recognising trends for process improvement
* Liaising with audit suppliers through email and meetings
* Monitoring and responding to emails in the compliance inbox
* Handling day-to-day administrative functions of the team
* Preparing committee reports, highlighting key trends, risks, and recommending actions
* Assisting with legal research and creating guidance papers for review by the Legal Director

The ideal candidate will have:

* Strong administration skills with a high level of attention to detail
* Strong communication skills on all levels
* Previous experience within compliance
* Strong organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
