**We are looking for a Training Coordinator to join our team at Ashridge Home Care. In this role you will have the important job of making sure that our training and compliance is of the highest standard**.**

Day to day you will be responsible for managing all training aspects required for the business. You will enable carers to feel confident and competent in their role by providing outstanding training and a great service. You will help the business to flourish and grow by improving our training processes and problem-solving barriers to growth and efficiency. Our Carers will feel valued with you managing their training, enabling them to receive the right training at the right time and feel confident in your ability to manage their queries or concerns in a timely manner.

**What we will offer you**:

- Competitive Salary of £28,000 - £30,000 dependant on experience
- 28 days leave per annum pro-rata.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Managing compliance for all mandatory training to staff, ensuring they are confident and competent
- Delivery induction training to new carers
- Signing off competencies for Grey Matter learning
- Complete Medication and Moving and Handling competency assessments with carers in the office or at their client’s homes.
- Supporting the Operations team to complete supervisions or spot checks when required
- Support Care Managers, and clients’ families where there are complex M&H needs
- Personal Development plans-working with our carers and HO staff to identify training needs
- Attend mandatory training in line with regulatory requirements and maintain your own CPD and professional development.

**About you**:

- Passionate about high quality training delivery.
- A self-starter with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Operates in an honest and high-integrity manner.
- An adaptive person who can quickly learn new technologies.
- Currently hold Level 3 Award in Education and Training or PTTLS.
- In-date and valid Moving and Handling train the trainer.
- Previous experience of training/teaching in a health and social care setting.
- A proficient level of experience and confidence using Microsoft Excel and E-Learning Platforms.
- Flexible and adaptable to the required working pattern for the business needs.
