About the Role
  • This is a key position that requires strong leadership skills, experience in developing and delivering training programs, and a passion for improving occupational performance and speech, language, and communication needs.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development, delivery, and coordination of our core training program, working closely with local partners to create a place-based model for addressing diverse therapy needs.

Our core training offer is designed to educate, coach, and upskill adults who work with children and young people (CYP), focusing on improving occupational performance and speech, language, and communication needs (SLCN). The training program will include modules on early identification and intervention strategies, whole-setting approaches, and creating a supportive environment for CYP.
