We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our innovative Children and Young People's Integrated Therapies Service in Buckinghamshire.

Job Description
  • This is a critical role that involves leading the development, delivery, and coordination of a core training program in collaboration with local partners.
  • The successful candidate will be at the forefront of shaping whole-setting approaches, pioneering early identification and intervention strategies, and creating a place-based model for addressing diverse therapy needs.

Our core training offer is a vital part of our local offer, designed to educate, coach, and upskill adults who work with children and young people (CYP), focusing on improving occupational performance and speech, language, and communication needs (SLCN).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and effective training sessions for various stakeholders.
  • Training Program Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive training program that addresses the needs of CYP and their families.
  • Training Coordination: Coordinate training sessions, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Continuous Improvement: Incorporate feedback from participants and stakeholders to enhance the quality and effectiveness of training.
