Nursery Practitioner and Senior Room Leader Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a skilled and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner and Senior Room Leader to join our team at Hedgehog Recruitment's partner nursery.

Job Overview
  • This is a key role within our nursery, responsible for delivering high-quality care and education to our young learners.
  • You will be part of a dynamic team that prioritizes child-centered practice and strives for excellence in all aspects of nursery life.
Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities and experiences that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our children.
  • Buoyancy building relations with children, parents, and carers through empathetic listening and open communication.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and inclusive learning environment that fosters child growth and progress.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of Level 3 Early Years qualification.
  • Proven experience working with the EYFS framework.
  • Prior experience in early childhood education, preferably with supervisory duties.
  • Superb interpersonal and communication skills.
