Key Team Lead Role in Patient Access Management

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Patient Access management team at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and operational management skills to develop and implement efficient administration services for our patients and clinicians.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for appointment booking processes, working with peers across the Trust to achieve performance targets and improve service standards. You will also ensure staff adherence to standard operating procedures and provide cross-cover for other Team Leaders when needed.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of supervising a team, managing change, and working to performance targets. They should also possess excellent customer care skills, ability to motivate self and others, and a track record of being a good team worker.

This is a challenging but rewarding role that offers opportunities for professional growth and development within a dynamic and patient-focused environment.

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including flexible working opportunities, learning and development programs, and access to health and wellbeing services.
