Advanced PT Rehabilitation Team Lead

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to lead our rehabilitation team in Buckinghamshire. This is a 30-hour per week team lead role, responsible for developing and supervising the Physiotherapy team across two wards.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience at Band 6 level in the NHS, with a strong background in rehabilitation. They will be able to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team, provide expert advice and guidance, and contribute to organisational initiatives.
About the Role
Responsibilities will include:
- Leading and developing the Physiotherapy team in rehabilitation
- Providing specialist assessment and treatment for patients with complex needs
- Supervising and teaching junior staff and students
- Contributing to organisational initiatives and service development
