About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Physiotherapist to join our team at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust. As a Physiotherapy Team Lead in Rehabilitation, you will be responsible for leading and developing the Physiotherapy team within Rehabilitation across Waterside and Chartridge wards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and developing the Physiotherapy team in Rehabilitation
  • Providing expert advice, guidance, and information to health and social care professionals, carers, and relatives
  • Undertaking all aspects of clinical responsibilities as a skilled, autonomous, and advanced physiotherapist
  • Actively leading the development of professional and service initiatives
  • Contributing to organisational goals and objectives
  • Supervising, teaching, and appraising Physiotherapy staff and students within the specialty
