**Ward**:IECC Home First
**Pay Rates**:£14.11 per hour excluding Holiday pay.
**Shift Patterns**:Monday
- Friday - 9.00am - 17:00pm

This is an exciting opportunity for a Therapy Assistant who is looking for new challenges and opportunities to enhance their skills. The Therapy Assistants work as part of the multidisciplinary team to assist in the provision of support and rehabilitation of patients.
**What you can add**:
- You will manage own caseload of patients assessing, implementing and progressing treatment programmes and discharge planning.
- You will take responsibility for designated elements of the patient treatment protocols and delivery of such treatments in patients within their current location (Ward, Hub Bed Care Home and occasionally patients own homes) patients in liaison with senior staff.
- You will document, evaluate and liaise with qualified Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists following interventions.
