We are looking for a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Clinical Support Worker. As a key member of the Therapy Rehab Service, you will be responsible for providing prompt assessment and delivery of therapeutic treatments to patients, in liaison with other members of the therapy team.
You will be required to take responsibility for designated elements of patient treatment protocols and deliver such treatments, while maintaining accurate records and reports. Your technical resource skills, including mobility equipment provision, will enable you to act as a valuable asset to the Therapy department.
A strong understanding of health and safety issues, policies, and procedures is essential, as is the ability to undertake manual handling tasks. You will also be expected to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in your approach to work, with evidence of self-motivation and initiative.
In return for your hard work and dedication, you will benefit from a competitive salary of approximately £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, along with access to training and development opportunities to support your career growth.
