Job Description: Healthcare Administration Professional

We are looking for a skilled Healthcare Administration Professional to join our team at Amersham Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administration services to the medical department, ensuring all work is processed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administration support to medical staff, including taking minutes, agendas, and compiling letters as required.
  • Manage the departmental transcription workload, prioritizing tasks within time standards.
  • Assist with daily management of clinic lists and booking of priority patients.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Accurate copy typing skills.
  • Good telephone manner.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.

Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £36,000 per annum
