Account/Customer Service Administrator

This role offers the opportunity to work within our Healthcare Medical Billing Division as the main point of contact for client accounts. If you have strong numerical skills, finance experience, high volume transaction management, attention to detail, and excellent telephone manner, this administration/support position could be suitable.
The ideal candidate will possess good all-round IT skills, including MS Office proficiency, organizational abilities, experience in busy office environments, numeracy, literacy, and excellent communication skills. A positive approach, flexibility, and desire to progress are also essential qualities.
Key responsibilities include creating billing, allocating payments, managing aged debt, reconciliation, and reporting. Additionally, providing exceptional support to Doctors and Consultants via phone and email is crucial.
We offer a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, reflecting the demands and expectations of this role.
