Trainee Administrator for Wealth Management

We are seeking an Entry-Level Administrator to join our Client Delivery team at Succession Wealth, a leading independent financial planning and wealth management business in the UK and part of the Aviva Group.

This role involves working as part of a highly effective administration team, supporting Wealth Planners to deliver an excellent service and outstanding outcomes for clients.

Key responsibilities...

Processing new business applications, tracking to completion, and liaising with wealth planners and Paraplanners.

Ensuring accurate client information database and supporting with postal duties in office and reception cover when required.

Day to day activities...

  • Co-ordinating Planners diaries and arranging client meetings.
  • Using investment platforms and IT systems to administer the wealth management process.
  • Ensuring accurate data entry and timely completion.
  • Taking ownership of administration, including correct client records.
  • Postal duties and reception cover when needed.

Requirements...

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a fast-paced Administration role.
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills with high accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel packages essential.
  • Desirable NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration.
