We are looking for a highly skilled Front Office Manager to join our team and take charge of front desk services across our luxury hotels. This key position involves managing the front office budget, implementing SOPs, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Duties include:

  • Managing the front office budget, monitoring expenses, and preparing regular reports to ensure financial guidelines are adhered to.
  • Developing and leading the Reception and Night teams to deliver top-tier service, conducting regular appraisals and providing feedback to manage staff performance.
  • Collaborating with housekeeping management to maintain high room standards and cleanliness in public areas, conducting regular inspections to ensure quality.
  • Overseeing corporate client accounts, managing RFPs, and ensuring ongoing positive relationships with corporate partners.

This role requires a strong background in hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with other departments. A salary of £35,000 per year is offered, based on experience, to attract a seasoned professional who can drive operational excellence and enhance guest experiences.
