We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support professional to join our team at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administration support to the medical department, ensuring all work is processed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administration support to medical staff, including managing clinic lists and booking priority patients.
- Support the department with general administration, including photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Manage the departmental transcription workload, prioritizing tasks within time standards.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Accurate copy typing skills.
- Good telephone manner.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
