We are seeking a qualified Addiction Therapist to join our team at the Addiction Professionals Certification Board, Inc. in New Jersey.

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.

The Addiction Professionals Certification Board, Inc. is a leading provider of addiction treatment services in New Jersey. We are dedicated to providing high-quality care to individuals struggling with substance abuse and mental health disorders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with clients.
• Develop and implement treatment plans that are tailored to each client's needs.
• Evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A master's degree in a related field, such as psychology or social work.
• Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) or Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) in the state of New Jersey.
• Knowledge of 12-Step Recovery program and process knowledge of all applicable Federal, State, and regional regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
