Early Years Leader and Training Specialist

Hedgehog Recruitment is seeking two exceptional individuals to fill the roles of Early Years Nursery Assistant / Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or 3) and Room Leader or Floor Manager (Level 3+).
About the Role- As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in our nursery and preschool.
- You will work closely with our experienced staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young learners.
We are committed to supporting the ongoing development of our staff through training, supervisions, appraisals, and career progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- To assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs for children aged 0-5 years.
- To develop and maintain strong relationships with parents, carers, and other professionals.
- To contribute to the overall management and organization of the nursery and preschool.
We offer a competitive salary range of £18,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
