We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Education Professional to join our team at Wayman Learning Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the educational journey of young children.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering creative and stimulating lessons that meet the requirements of the Early Years curriculum. They will also maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' achievements and behaviour, and communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons that meet the needs of the Early Years curriculum
  • Maintaining accurate records of students' progress and behaviour
  • Communicating effectively with students, parents, and colleagues

Requirements for the role include:

  • QTS, EYTS, PGCE and strong academic record
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage or equivalent
  • Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment for young children
