We are looking to recruit a Relocation Coordinator to assist colleagues and clients with all aspects of international and domestic relocation.

The role is home-based but on the premise that the role may become (partially) office-based at some point in the future.

The role is full-time and permanent.

Salary in the range of 19k-25k p.a. depending on experience and ability.

1 About the Role
- Liaise with assignees and clients to implement and manage a range of global destination services within agreed budgets
- Responsible for the research, scheduling and creation of property viewing itineraries in line with client requirements and expectations
- Oversee and ensure consistent communication is maintained between Klippa, the assignees and all stakeholders
- Maintain accurate “real-time” records in all systems
- Propose solutions to problems and out-of-scope or unusual requests
- Identify and capitalise on any opportunities to provide additional services or source new clients
- Support the management and sales teams in any business development activity
2 Routine duties, including but not limited to
- Working closely with the Admin team, Relocation Specialists and all stakeholders to deliver all associated relocation services
- Working to a deadline to complete itineraries in readiness for the client viewing tour the following day
- Offer submission, lease negotiations and deal progression ensuring estate agent and assignee work effectively towards the agreed contract start date
- Proactively manage live files, adhering to client policy, contract and Klippa procedures
- Monitor and quality control Relocation Specialists to ensure the successful delivery of:

- Timely communication and milestone reporting
- Offer submission
- All client facing duties
- Monitor and quality control Researcher/Schedulers to ensure the successful delivery of:

- Property research & viewing schedules
- Deadlines are achieved
- Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
- UK departure services and oversee Specialist to deliver non-UK departures
- Temporary accommodation searches, reservations & cancellations
- Check-ins & check-outs followed by subsequent review and allocation of inventory reports
- Rental furniture orders & cancellations
- Building settling-in service information packages
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients and suppliers
- Monitor workflow and assist in the allocation and initiation of new services
- Monitor live files to ensure assignees’ needs are being met and provide guidance to Relocation Specialists where required to that end
- Working with Klippa colleagues to evaluate operational efficiencies and recommend process improvements
3 Ad hoc responsibilities, including but not limited to
- Periodic annual/maternity leave cover as required
- Periodic training as required
- Prepare reports for clients and management
- Supporting team members with any other duties or projects that may be required to successfully fulfil the contractual requirements of the client or advance the company
- Conduct initial needs assessment calls
- Conduct new business lead sales calls

- Demonstrable letting agency, relocation industry or customer service experience
- Able to use own initiative
- Efficient, organised and able to problem-solve quickly
- An ability to prioritise tasks and have "inbox awareness"
- Confidence to challenge existing systems and processes
- Customer service champion
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to empathise
- Excellent verbal & numerical skills
- Positive attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Consistent attention to detail
