A dynamic and growth-oriented national engineering firm is seeking an accomplished Reward Manager to join their HR team.

This exciting opportunity allows the successful candidate to drive key projects such as pay parity, harmonisation of terms, and work on 4 pay reviews per annum. Additionally, you will have the chance to guide SLT on trends around attrition and make a meaningful impact on the company's employee experience.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with sizeable amounts of data, partnering with HR Business Partners, and presenting findings at quarterly board meetings. With a largely remote setup, based with c1 day per week in the London office, this role offers a great balance between flexibility and collaboration.

As a Reward Manager, you will have the autonomy to lead on projects, manage a Benefits Coordinator, and contribute to the wider HR team of c20. If you are an experienced reward professional looking to take on more responsibility, this could be an excellent opportunity for you.

With a competitive base salary of £70,000 - £80,000, 10% bonus, private medical, and other benefits, this package is highly attractive. We estimate the total annual remuneration to be around £84,400 - £96,800.
