About the Role

This esteemed client has been a key player in the automotive industry for over five decades, showcasing a diverse selection of premium vehicles in a cutting-edge multi-level showroom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support workshop managers in the efficient operation and organization of the service area.
  • Ensure a consistent flow of digital job documentation and integrate it into the workshop schedule.
  • Process daily invoicing for completed service tasks.
  • Upload digital service records to the appropriate manufacturer online systems.
  • Coordinate vehicle preparation requests from the sales team.
  • Review and maintain internal reports.
  • Keep accurate payment records and perform necessary file audits.
  • Provide general assistance to the service team.
  • Undertake additional tasks as directed by management.
Candidate Profile

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Familiarity with dealership management systems such as Keyloop, Kerridge, CDK, or Drive.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or service advisory capacity within a dealership environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage a substantial administrative workload.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A flexible mindset with a readiness to adapt to various work responsibilities.
