Job Overview:
This role entails overseeing client site operations, managing communications via calls and emails, maintaining CRM systems, and ensuring all administrative tasks are current.
Key Duties:- Handling calls from management
- Maintaining CRM records
- Responding to client emails
- Preparing quotes and handling administrative duties
- Following up on quotes and updating Health & Safety documentation
This position demands a keen eye for detail and excellent communication abilities.
Qualifications:Prior experience in customer service, capability to meet deadlines, and strong communication skills are essential.
Training will be provided.
Working Hours:Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm
Compensation:Approximately £34k based on experience
