Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage electronic filing systems, particularly on SharePoint, to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Perform minimal paper filing as required, ensuring that all documents are properly stored and easily accessible.
  • Answer telephone calls and manage incoming correspondence, providing excellent customer service and responding to queries in a timely manner.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including typing, data entry, and other tasks as needed.
  • Assist with general office duties, such as making tea and running errands for the team.
  • Search for information and manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in typing and good accuracy, with the ability to maintain high levels of productivity.
  • Familiarity with electronic filing systems, especially SharePoint, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Experience in an administrative role is preferred, but not essential.
