Key Responsibilities:- Manage electronic filing systems, particularly on SharePoint, to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Perform minimal paper filing as required, ensuring that all documents are properly stored and easily accessible.
- Answer telephone calls and manage incoming correspondence, providing excellent customer service and responding to queries in a timely manner.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including typing, data entry, and other tasks as needed.
- Assist with general office duties, such as making tea and running errands for the team.
- Search for information and manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in typing and good accuracy, with the ability to maintain high levels of productivity.
- Familiarity with electronic filing systems, especially SharePoint, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Experience in an administrative role is preferred, but not essential.
- A competitive salary of £23,000 per annum.
- Standard working hours with early finish on Fridays.
- 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, with 3 days reserved for Christmas closedown.

- 3-month probation period.
