Job Title: Scheduler
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduler to join our team at Home Instead. As a Scheduler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our care services by coordinating schedules, matching clients with care professionals, and ensuring compliance with our policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate schedules for clients and care professionals, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of care services.
- Match clients with care professionals, taking into account their needs, preferences, and availability.
- Ensure compliance with Home Instead's policies and procedures, including our Equality, Diversity, and Equal Opportunities Policy.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure sufficient staffing levels and maintain accurate records of client and care professional information.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients and care professionals, ensuring positive experiences and high-quality care delivery.
- Perform any other duties deemed necessary for the successful operation of the business.
Requirements:
- Experience working in the home care sector, ideally in a scheduling role.
- Good working knowledge of IT systems, including Microsoft Office or Google Suite, and CRM software.
- Highly resilient and positive with excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to work calmly and accurately under pressure.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Logical and analytical, with the ability to work on own initiative.
