Account Manager Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager to lead the Creed fragrance division in Flannels Leeds. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and managing a team of Luxury Brand Ambassadors.

The House of Creed is a luxury perfume house dedicated to creating highly original artisan fragrances. Our commitment to excellence is reflected in every aspect of our business, from product knowledge to visual presentation.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Product Knowledge and Team Leadership: Develop comprehensive understanding of Creed fragrances and ensure your team is equally knowledgeable. Provide guidance, motivation, and ongoing training to Luxury Brand Ambassadors.
- Sales Excellence: Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive customer engagement and effective storytelling of product features and benefits.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to create memorable experiences and foster brand loyalty.
- Visual Presentation: Ensure our retail space reflects the luxury of our brand through impeccable visual merchandising standards.
About the Location:
This role is based in Flannels Leeds, a dynamic and upscale department store.
Salary Range: £38,000-£48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
