Account Manager Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager to lead the Creed fragrance division in Flannels Leeds. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and managing a team of Luxury Brand Ambassadors.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Knowledge and Team Leadership: Develop comprehensive understanding of Creed fragrances and ensure your team is equally knowledgeable. Provide guidance, motivation, and ongoing training to Luxury Brand Ambassadors.
  • Sales Excellence: Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive customer engagement and effective storytelling of product features and benefits.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to create memorable experiences and foster brand loyalty.
  • Visual Presentation: Ensure our retail space reflects the luxury of our brand through impeccable visual merchandising standards.

About the Location:

This role is based in Flannels Leeds, a dynamic and upscale department store.

Salary Range: £38,000-£48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
