Account Management Executive

Job Description:

This role is focused on developing long-term relationships with existing customers, while also identifying new sales opportunities. You will work closely with our Account Management team to drive growth and retention within assigned customer portfolios.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Establish strong relationships with existing customers to drive revenue growth and retention.
  • Develop and execute direct marketing and sales activities to achieve sales targets.
  • Promote Zenzero's products and services by proposing and presenting new solutions to customers.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, including opportunities and forecasting.
  • Attend key meetings, including handover and kick-off meetings, and external networking functions.
Requirements:
  • Strong administration and management skills, with experience in strategic planning and resource allocation.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to meet quality standards and evaluate customer satisfaction.
  • Sales and marketing knowledge, with experience in showing, promoting, and selling products or services.

Estimated salary: $72,500 per year, depending on experience.
