Job Description: As a Bereavement Counsellor with Farleigh Hospice, you will play a vital role in supporting bereaved family members and significant others. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Undertaking therapeutic casework as requested
  • Demonstrating independent supervision with Farleigh Hospice clients
  • Attending operational meetings and annual reviews
  • Completing online contact sheets and client notes
  • Maintaining confidentiality and complying with GDPR
  • Participating in mandatory training and following hospice values
  • Adhering to counselling body and BACP supervision standards
