Care and Support Coordinator

The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with the Extra Care Registered Manager to ensure an empowering service that meets the needs of our clients. This will involve providing support with personal care and domestic tasks, as well as supporting individuals to access work, education, and social opportunities.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately £28,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive excellent benefits, including opportunities for professional development and a supportive working environment.
