Care Coordinator

At Anglian Care Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Coordinator in our Chelmsford office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and caring person to work with our team in delivering high-quality care services to our service users.
As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating tailored care packages for our service users, processing and amending existing care packages, assigning care workers to clients, and ensuring all shifts and working patterns meet the needs of the company, service users, partners, and care workers. You will also liaise with NHS, Local Authority commissioning teams, and private clients to take new care packages, as well as collaborate with members of our management team and head office.
This role requires a minimum of 2 years' experience in the care industry, preferably with an NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care. Strong communication skills, good phone etiquette, and knowledge of CQC regulations and legislation surrounding the care industry are essential. Additionally, you must have a full driving license and access to a car.
We offer a competitive salary of £30,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as fully paid training, paid mileage, paid DBS check and uniform, early pay app, career progression opportunities, recognition programmes, and more.
