Job Summary:

We are recruiting for a Mental Health Care Coordinator to work with our client, a leading mental health care provider based in Chelmsford. The successful candidate will have proven experience in leadership in a hospital setting and a strong background in mental health care.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide guidance and support to a dedicated team to ensure high-quality patient care.
  2. Work closely with other management staff to achieve team goals.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role in a hospital setting.
  • Strong knowledge of mental health care principles and practices.
  • NMC registration.
  • Experience working in private healthcare is desirable.
