About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Support Worker to join our team at Claimont Health LTD. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Main Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing person-centred care and support to clients with mental health needs
- Working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and their families
- Ensuring the effective management of client care plans
- Participating in regular team meetings and contributing to continuous quality improvement
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Mental Health Support Worker
- Experience working with clients with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) and Personality Disorder
- Basic computer skills and a clean, full car driving license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
