About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mental Health Support Worker to join our team at Claimont Health LTD. As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, person-centred care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with mental health issues in their own homes, providing a safe and non-judgmental space for them to express themselves.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to clients, helping them to manage their mental health and achieve their goals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment plans.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 months experience as a Mental Health Support Worker.
  • Experience working with people with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) and Personality Disorder.
  • Basic computer skills and a current, clean, full car driving license.
  • Post-basic qualifications in healthcare are desirable but not essential.
