About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Support Worker to join our team at Claimont Health LTD. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, person-centred care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients with mental health issues, including those with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) and Personality Disorder
  • Work collaboratively with families and carers to understand mental health and provide effective support
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client treatment and progress
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans
  • Adhere to Claimont Health LTD's policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data protection
Requirements
  • Minimum 12 months experience as a Mental Health Support Worker
  • Experience working with people with ABI and Personality Disorder
  • Basic computer skills and a current, clean, full car driving licence
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
